Crochet Zippered Pouch

Do you follow Megmade with Love? You might want to check out her blog. She has some of the best patterns – like this cute Zippered Pouch!

They are so fun to make – and you can make them as deep as you’d like because you start from the zipper and work in rounds until you want to stop. For this pouch I used I Love This Cotton Yarn in Denim Blue Print from Hobby Lobby. I chose a 7-inch zipper in blue to match the yarn. The free pattern is found here at Megmade with Love..

I made this one for my Mom for Mother’s Day – I added her initial and a “made with love” charm to the zipper pull to personalize it for her. It’s about 7-inches by 4-inches.

These would make great travel bags for makeup orย jewelry. Or make them in fun colors to keep pens and pencils handy for students. Or to hold crochet hooks, stitch markers, and scissors in your tote bag.ย ๐Ÿ™‚

I think I need to make more of these…

Thanks for stopping by,

Anita
