Stay Cozy – March 2024 Christmas Card

Hi friends,

I almost didn’t make it! I finished March’s Christmas card just in time. 🙂 I’m making a few Christmas cards each month to be ready for the season. You can see January’s card here and February’s card here.

I love the color combo of red and turquoise. I think it worked great with these cute snowmen for sending cozy Christmas wishes. My inspiration for the card layout came from the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch Challenge 43.

The snowmen and sentiment are from the stamp set called Stay Cozy from Unity Stamp Company. I stamped both the snowmen and sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white card stock and colored them with Copic markers.

I used the Scallops & Circles Nesting Dies from Unity Stamp Company to die cut around the snowmen. I punched around the sentiment with a 2-inch oval punch.

Using a snowflake embossing folder (this is a similar folder), I embossed a piece of red card stock and attached it to a white card. I layered a strip of patterned paper to turquoise card stock and attached it to the card. Using a small dot embossing folder (like this), I embossed a square of turquoise card stock, layered the snowmen image to it, and attached it to the card. I added the sentiment to the card using foam tape.

I really love the way this card turned out! I made 4 of them to add to my stash for the holidays. 🙂
