I had some cotton yarn left over from other projects and thought how pretty would a set of these coasters be in Fall colors? πππππ

I stitched up my coasters using I Love This Cotton yarn with an H/5mm crochet hook in the colors Glowing, Brown, Sage, Curry, Burnt Sienna, and Antique Gold. If you need a tutorial on how to work up the thermal stitch,Β Okie Girl Bling βnβ Things has a great video tutorial here.



Crochet Thermal Stitch Coasters
Cotton Yarn (size 4) β I used I Love This Cotton Yarn in Glowing, Brown, Sage, Curry, Burnt Sienna, and Antique Gold
H/5mm crochet hook
Stitches used in US terms:
Chain β ch
Single Crochet β sc
Thermal Single Crochet β thsc
Back Loop Only β blo
Chain 17.
Row 1: sc in back bump of 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. ch 1, turn. (16 stitches)
Row 2: sc in blo of each stitch across. ch 1, turn. (16 stitches)
Rows 3: thsc across. ch 1, turn. (16 stitches)
Repeat Row 3 until piece measures about 4 inches.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
