Hi friends,
Is it feeling like Spring where you live? Alabama seems to have finally turned the corner with warmer days even though the nights are still a bit chilly. Today I have a simple Hello Spring Door Hanger to welcome in these early Spring days.πΈπ·πΌ

I used a 10-inch thin wood circle cutout to make my door hanger. You’ll also need some Spring color acrylic paints and masking or painters tape. I used my Cricut machine to cut my “Hello Spring” with permanent white vinyl. The words are kind of hard to see in the photo below because the background is white, but you can see them farther down in the post. I used 2 different fonts from Cricut Design Space and sized them to fit my circle. You could also use sticker letters or even paint the letters on if you’re much better at painting than I am!π

First, I taped off the circle to create 3 sections like in the photo above. I applied 2 coats of pink paint to 2 sections and 2 coats of green to the center section using a foam brush. Once the paint was completely dry, I carefully removed the tape.

I applied the “Hello Spring” using transfer tape and my scraper to make sure it adhered well to the circle. I added a Re-fabbed type bow and then added a flower with a button center to the bow. I hot glued a loop of ribbon to the back for a hanger.

This was a really easy project to make and it will add a bit of Spring color to your home!πΈπ·πΌ
