This Crochet Santa Belly Potholder from Blackstone Designs is so fun! It works up using 100% cotton yarn and by adding a little 100% cotton batting it will be great for pulling the baking sheets filled with Christmas cookies out of the oven. 🎄🍪

I stitched up my potholders using I Love This Cotton yarn in Red, Black, and Gold with an H/5mm crochet hook. This is the batting I used in my potholders. You can find the pattern here at Blackstone Designs.

I love that this potholder is made with a pocket! It’s perfect to fill with a cookie mix package and a Christmas themed spatula, scraper, or spoon (or all 3 🙂 )for a fun gift.

This is a great project to stitch up now during these hot Summer days. I love making smaller projects in the Summer so I don’t have a big project sitting on my lap in the heat. 😉
