My little Santa penguin is from the Chilly Chatter stamp set from Unity Stamp Company. I stamped him with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored him with Copic makers.

I punched around the image with an oval punch. I layered it to a scalloped oval punched from red card stock. I used my Crop-a-Dile to punch a hole in the top of the tag and tied it with red/white bakers twine.
