Valentine Clips

Hi friends,

One of the things I’m hoping to do this year is to create with some of the things I already have in my craft stash – then I won’t feel so bad buying new fun stuff. 😉

I found these oversized clothespins in my stash (these are similar) and wanted to create something quick and easy with them. Since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, I grabbed a few 1-inch wood hearts and these cute wood conversation hearts also from my stash. ❤️

I simply painted the wood hearts red, glued the conversation hearts to them, and attached them to the clothespins using E6000 clear adhesive. Easy peasy!

Here are a few ways to use these cute Valentine clips. Attach a clip to a cellophane bag filled with Valentine treats. Add a scented candle to a cellophane bag, tie it closed with a pretty ribbon, and use a clip to attach a gift tag. Does your Valentine love savory snacks? Attach a clip to the top of a bag of their favorite chips or popcorn to use after they open the bag. You can also add a magnet to the back and use a Valentine clip to hold notes or pictures on your fridge.

What do you already have in your craft room that will spark your creativity?❤️

Anita
