This cold winter we’ve been having calls for some yummy comfort food! I found this recipe for Chicken AlfredoBake here at Daily Delish Co. It’s loaded with protein and made with Greek yogurt so it’s a bit healthier than a traditional Alfredo recipe.

I used full fat cream cheese because my store was out of reduced fat. I also used whole wheat noodles to add a little fiber to the dish. The recipe calls for parsley or basil for garnish but I just left it off.

I sprinkled a little more Parmesan cheese on top before serving. Add a side salad or some roasted veggies (or both 😉) for a great weeknight dinner.

To make this Chicken Alfredo Bake even easier, use rotisserie chicken to save time – no having to cook chicken ahead of time. You could have dinner on the table in less than an hour. 😊
