Crochet Rustic Farmhouse Carrots

Hi friends,

These Crochet Rustic Farmhouse Carrots from MJ’s Off the Hook Designs are so cute and easy to make! πŸ₯• They will add a fun touch to your Easter decor. You can find the pattern here on her website.

The pattern calls for making the carrots holding 3 strands of yarn together. I wanted to make my carrots a little smaller, so I used 2 strands of worsted weight yarn. I used I Love This Yarn in Burnt Pumpkin and Linen with an I/5.5mm crochet hook to stitch up my carrots. For the top of the carrots, I used Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek Yarn in Kale. You’ll also need a little Poly-fil for stuffing the carrots. My finished carrots measure about 6 inches long and about 1.5 inches across the top.

Tip: stuff your carrot as you go. It’s much easier than waiting until you’re finished stitching!

I tied my carrots together in a bundle of 3 using natural twine. Tuck them into a basket along with this sweet Crochet Little Bunny Face from The Knotted Nest – details in this post. They would also be cute as part of your Easter table centerpiece. πŸ₯•

The Rustic Farmhouse Carrots work up quickly so you can make a whole carrot patch just in time for Easter! πŸ₯•
