The tote is made with a J/6mm crochet hook using 2 strands of cotton yarn held together. The finished tote bag measures approximately 17 inches wide by 16 inches tall plus the handle – so it has lots of room to hold all you need. And you can make it in any color combo or even a solid color.
You can find the pattern in my original post here. And here’s a link to the free PDF if you’d like to easily print it.
Are you a fan of Mickey and Minnie? Unity Stamp Company has the cutest stamp set called Mousing Around: Hiya Pal. It includes Mickey and Minnie along with a few sentiment and heart stamps. It is adorable!

To make the card, I stamped Mickey and Minnie with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white card stock and colored them with Copic markers. I used my Misti stamping tool so I could stamp the images a couple of times to get a really crisp image. (This tool helps to add more pressure easily when stamping with your Misti.) Then I stamped the sentiment with red ink.
Are you a fan of Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s? You can use it on everything from meat to veggies. I found this yummy dip recipe at Fantabulosity and it’s super easy to make.

Do you remember my Cozy Crochet Granite Stitch Baby Blanket from a few months ago? I’ve included a picture of it below. I love it in the colors of white, sage, and blue but thought it would also be so pretty in a solid color, too. And I was right! 😉

The texture and stitch definition is just beautiful using this super bulky yarn. And the blanket is so cozy and soft – perfect for cuddling! It’s also thick enough to spread out on the floor to use for tummy time. 🙂
I think this blanket would be pretty in any solid color – neutral, pastel, or even primary colors. What color(s) will you make your Cozy Crochet Granite Stitch Baby Blanket?

Are you trying to cut back on sugar but still want a little treat? These cookies are super easy to make and there is no added sugar! There is some natural sugar from the bananas – and I did add a few chocolate chips – but there is no refined white sugar in them. You can find the recipe here at CookRita. These are not an overly sweet cookie, but I think they will satisfy your sweet tooth. 😉

The cookie dough comes together quickly and you can have warm cookies in 20 minutes or less. I didn’t mix my chocolate chips into the dough – I just pressed a few chips onto each cookie before baking. My peanut butter did have some sugar in it, but you can easily make these with no added sugar by using sugar free peanut butter and if you want a little chocolate on your cookies , use sugar free chocolate chips
The recipe called for rolled oats, I only had quick oats in my pantry so I used those and the cookies still turned out great. My cookies were soft and chewy. I stored them in the fridge in an airtight container and popped them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to warm them up a bit before eating.
Over at CookRita she gives lots of other great ideas for add-ins and tips for making these cookies even tastier. One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it’s another great way to use up those overripe bananas that you just don’t want to throw away. 🙂
By the way, did you know you can freeze overripe bananas to use later? Just mash them up and freeze in freezer bags in the amount you’ll need for your favorite recipe. Thaw them in the fridge when you are ready to bake something yummy! 😋
I almost didn’t make it! I finished March’s Christmas card just in time. 🙂 I’m making a few Christmas cards each month to be ready for the season. You can see January’s card here and February’s card here.

I love the color combo of red and turquoise. I think it worked great with these cute snowmen for sending cozy Christmas wishes. My inspiration for the card layout came from the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch Challenge 43.
Using a snowflake embossing folder (this is a similar folder), I embossed a piece of red card stock and attached it to a white card. I layered a strip of patterned paper to turquoise card stock and attached it to the card. Using a small dot embossing folder (like this), I embossed a square of turquoise card stock, layered the snowmen image to it, and attached it to the card. I added the sentiment to the card using foam tape.
I really love the way this card turned out! I made 4 of them to add to my stash for the holidays. 🙂
Winnie the Pooh always makes me smile! 🙂 And this stamp set called Winnie the Pooh: Pooh’s Happy Day from Unity Stamp Company is no exception. With his party hat and balloon he makes a fun birthday card for almost anyone. 🥳🎈

I stamped Pooh with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white card stock and colored him with Copic markers. Then I stamped the sentiment with red ink at an angle. I die cut around the image using the Deckle & Stitches Nesting Dies from Unity Stamp Company and layered it to red card stock die cut with the same set. The piece is attached to a turquoise card. To add a little shine to the card, I added Diamond Glaze to the balloon.
This is a really simple card that comes together quickly, but it’s also so very cute! 🙂
You may have seen my Sunny Dreams Crochet Baby Blanket from a few years ago in this post. Here’s a picture of the sweet blanket.

My sister asked me to crochet a blanket for her to give as baby gift and left the choice of pattern and colors up to me. I decided to use my Sunny Dreams pattern, but change it up a bit. I thought it would be cute to make it in 2 different colors. The blanket will be for a new baby boy so I chose blue and green.
Because of this, I added 2 extra sections to the blanket so it would be a little longer. I began with the same number of stitches for the width, but added an extra section of both the V-stitch and the Double Crochet. The blanket has 4 sections of blue in Double Crochet and 3 sections of green in the V-Stitch. The border is worked in blue. The finished blanket measures about 27 inches by 39 inches. You will need two 4-ounce skeins of Baby Bee Sweet Delight in Teal, Too! and one 4-ounce skein in Green Light to make the same size blanket.
You can find the original pattern here in this post. Or I’ve included a link to a free PDF below if you’d like to print it. Remember that I added sections to the blue and green blanket that won’t be listed in the pattern. All you need to do is repeat the instructions for the V-stitch section and the Double Crochet section to add more rows.
It was fun to stitch up this pattern in a different yarn with different colors. The Baby Bee Sweet Delights yarn is so soft – perfect for cuddling with a new little one!
I love the bright Spring colors on this card! Unity Stamp Company makes it so easy to create fun and beautiful cards. This card was made using the Egg Hunt Stamp & Die Bundle – the stamp set and matching dies are also available individually.

I stamped the patterned eggs in green and blue, stamped the solid egg once in orange and once in pink, and stamped the grass in a slightly darker green. I used my Misti Stamping Tool to stamp the images so I could re-ink the stamps and stamp them a second time to get more vibrant colors. I used the matching dies to die cut around the images.
