Easy Cinnamon Swirl Loaf

I love any and all things with cinnamon! This is a super quick and easy cinnamon swirl loaf – and I’ll bet you have everything you need to make it in your kitchen right now.

The recipe can be found here on the Love Foodies blog. It really is super easy to make and your kitchen will smell wonderful!

Note: to substitute for the buttermilk, add 1 tablespoon vinegar to a measuring cup and then add regular milk to measure 1 cup. Let stand 5 minutes. This recipe calls for 1 1/4 cups buttermilk so I added a little more than a tablespoon of vinegar and then added my milk to measure 1 1/4 cups.

Here it is just before I put it in the oven…

And this is fresh and hot from the oven…

After I drizzled it with the sweet glaze…

Sliced and ready to eat!!

This is so yummy with a cup of hot coffee or tea – or maybe a big glass of cold milk for a special breakfast treat! ðŸ™‚

Next time I think I may add a little cinnamon to the glaze – because you can never have too much cinnamon. ðŸ˜‰

Thanks for stopping by,

Anita
