Spread Joy Christmas Card

Unity Stamp Company has weekly challenges using sketches, color combinations, and other jumping off points to get the creative juices flowing. This is a card that I entered for one of their color challenges. The set is called Old Traditions and you can find it here.

I stamped the truck with black ink on white card stock. The image is colored with Copic markers and layered to red card stock. The sentiment is stamped with black ink on white card stock and punched with the Decorative Label punch from Stampin Up. I stamped a second label from red card stock, cut it in half and layered it behind the stamped label.

To make the card, emboss a turquoise panel with the Softly Falling embossing folder from Stampin Up. Layer this panel to black card stock and tie with a red ribbon. Attach the panel to a white card. Add truck image and the sentiment to the card with foam tape.

I really love the vintage truck in this set! Bringing home the tree reminds me of my childhood when we would go searching for the perfect tree!

Happy Stamping!!

Thanks for stopping by,

Anita
