This fun little Crochet Candy Corn Dish Scrubby is super cute, easy to make, and perfect for Fall. 🍁🍂

I stitched up my scrubby using Yarn Bee Scrub-ology Scrub It! yarn in Lemon, Orange, and White with an I/5mm crochet hook. My quick and easy pattern is below along with links to free PDFs – one with photos and one without.

I/5.5mm hook

Stitches used (US terms):

Chain – ch

Single crochet – sc

Single crochet decrease – sc dec

Ch 17 with Lemon

Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across. Turn. (16 stitches)

Row 2: ch 1. Work sc dec over 1st 2 stitches. Sc in next 12 stitches. Sc dec over last 2 stitches. Turn. (14 stitches)

Row 3: ch 1. Sc in each stitch across. Turn. (14 stitches)

Row 4: ch 1. Work sc dec over 1st 2 stitches. Sc in next 10 stitches. Sc dec over last 2 stitches. Turn. (12 stitches)

Change to Orange at the end of row.

Row 5: ch 1. Sc in each stitch across. Turn. (12 stitches)

Row 6: ch 1. Work sc dec over 1st 2 stitches. Sc in next 8 stitches. Sc dec over last 2 stitches. Turn. (10 stitches)

Row 7: ch 1. Sc in each stitch across. Turn. (10 stitches)

Row 8: ch 1. Work sc dec over 1st 2 stitches. Sc in next 6 stitches. Sc dec over last 2 stitches. Turn. (8 stitches)

Row 9: ch 1. Sc in each stitch across. Turn. (8 stitches)

Row 10: ch 1. Work sc dec over 1st 2 stitches. Sc in next 4 stitches. Sc dec over last 2 stitches. Turn. (6 stitches)

Row 11: ch 1. Sc in each stitch across. Turn. (6 stitches)

Change to White at the end of row.

Row 12: ch 1. Work sc dec over 1st 2 stitches. Sc in next 2 stitches. Sc dec over last 2 stitches. Turn. (4 stitches)

Row 13: ch 1. Sc in each stitch across. Turn. (4 stitches)

Row 14: ch 1. Work 2 sc dec. Turn. (2 stitches)

Row 15: ch 1. Work 1 sc dec.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

Finished scrubby measures about 5.5 inches across the bottom and 5.25 inches from top to bottom.

I was able to stitch up 13 scrubbies using just 1 skein of each color of yarn. So it’s very economical for gifting a little bit of Fall fun. They make great little hostess gifts!🎁

Simply print the PDF on white card stock and cut the tag into any shape you like – I used these Scallops & Arches Nesting Dies for my tag. Then I punched a small hole in the tag and tied it to the scrubby using natural twine.
